Job Responsibilities:
Understand and plan for building developments in alignment with the latest MOH services and norms.
Work with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather their requirements.
Monitor the procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
Monitor the utilisation of the approved budget and provide regular updates.
Monitor the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in alignment with the schedule of building works.
Work with internal stakeholders for operational readiness by organising the launch of the new building with the end users.
Provide the necessary support in areas such as strategic budgeting, manpower development and pipeline, clinical services, quality, technology, etc.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess a degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful and analytical, with the ability to synergise data concisely for decision support.
Systems thinking and good in strategic planning.
Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
