Senior Facilities Planning Executive (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and plan for building developments in alignment with the latest MOH services and norms.

• Work with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather their requirements.

• Monitor the procurement of consultancy and construction packages.

• Monitor the utilisation of the approved budget and provide regular updates.

• Monitor the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in alignment with the schedule of building works.

• Work with internal stakeholders for operational readiness by organising the launch of the new building with the end users.

• Provide the necessary support in areas such as strategic budgeting, manpower development and pipeline, clinical services, quality, technology, etc.

• Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and development, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication.

• Resourceful and analytical, with the ability to synergise data concisely for decision support.

• Systems thinking and good in strategic planning.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
