As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the daily upkeep and operations of various properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) run smoothly.

• Ensure all facilities adhere to regulatory standards, including health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

• Handle contract negotiations, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure quality control of outsourced services.

• Create and oversee the facilities department's yearly budget, covering maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement expenses.

• Lead, guide, and develop a team of facilities managers and support personnel.

• Identify and implement energy-efficient practices, sustainability projects, and other cost-effective strategies to improve property operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced Degree or Certification (e.g., CFM, FMP) preferred.
