Meeting the Clients’ Facilities Needs

At JLL, we put client satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements. Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job.

Making Everyone Safe and Risk-Free

In this role, you will ensure everyone’s health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place. You’ll also help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Experienced

At minimum, you have a Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business, or other related fields and/or 3-4 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields. You have experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and possess good knowledge of:

• Critical facilities
• Local occupational health and safety requirements
• Vendor management for specialized services
• Basic technical aspects of property (Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
• Commercial contracts

Capable

You have excellent planning & organizational skills in prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines. You are analytical and demonstrate the capacity to deal with ambiguity.

People Person

You are able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels, and manage conflict effectively.

Inspiring

You have a passion for quality and an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services.

Passion for Service

Do you have prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or other related fields? Are you knowledgeable in various property systems?

Team Player

As the facilities coordinator, you are expected to support the team and work well with others toward achieving targets.

Client Focused Enthusiast

It is important that you can interact effectively with clients and vendors to deliver efficient services.
