Your Day to Day

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking dynamic and passionate F&B staff for its F&B outlets. Working together with your leaders, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service for its food and beverage outlets and dining spaces.

• To provide professional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Follows the established service sequence to provide consistent service at all times.
• Maximise restaurant revenue by upselling restaurant menu items to guests.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).
• Attend shift briefings to keep updated on hotel activities and operational requirements.
• Interact with outside contacts such as Guests – to ensure their total satisfaction and suppliers – regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally.
• May assist with other duties where required by superiors.

What We Need From You

• NITEC or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in F&B. Experienced candidates will be considered for more senior positions.
• Working experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid food hygiene certificate.
• Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
