Senior Expert Logistic Assistant

Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position involves supporting daily logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing the flow of materials.

In your new role you will:

1. Responsible for managing material stock inventory and ordering.
2. Coordinate with forwarders for shipment booking and documentation.
3. Handle proper documents filling (e.g. tax reporting, incoming material invoices, etc.).
4. Work closely with IT and operation planner to resolve transaction issues.
5. Generate tableau report to identify inventory issues and apply appropriate solutions accordingly (e.g. stock quantity).
6. Follow up and execution of wafer/goods scrapping activities.
7. Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction, and relevant documentation.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. Min. 1-3 years of relevant logistics/warehouse admin experience, preferably from the semiconductor industry.
3. Experience in using SAP EWM/MM.
4. Good interpersonal skills and team player.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

This is a 1-year contract under Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific and entitled to benefits under Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific.
