Senior Executive Training (F&B)

About the role

As a Senior Executive Training (F&B) at Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the training and development of our front-of-house and kitchen staff. This full-time position is located in the City Hall Central Region, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned hospitality brand.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct training sessions at outlets to ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills
• Facilitate orientation classes for new employees to onboard them effectively
• Perform random audit checks at outlets to monitor compliance with operational standards
• Develop and maintain training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Operations Manual
• Create training videos to support learning and development initiatives
• Prepare training materials and collaterals for training sessions
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and attendance
• Translate training materials from English to Chinese for use by China-based franchisees
• Handle other ad hoc tasks related to training needs as assigned

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior training or learning and development role within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs for F&B teams
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, service standards, and culinary techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse team members
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Organized, Independent, Meticulous, Responsible and ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Bilingual
