Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing learning plans, initiatives, and systems that support the organisation's learning and development strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass curriculum development, programme management, and the enhancement of training effectiveness.
You will conduct and evaluate programmes, ensuring their efficacy and relevance. Your expertise will be crucial in creating effective blended learning experiences and crafting user-centric learning and assessment solutions, all aimed at enhancing performance outcomes in the workplace. You will also assess the quality of training delivery and services.
Your role involves overseeing and administering new course requests for conferences and courses. This includes securing approvals, coordinating with department liaisons and staff regarding their training requests, monitoring the training budget, applying for training grants, processing and tracking payments, and maintaining accurate training records.
You will actively support and contribute to curriculum development by exploring a wide variety of instructional strategies suitable for classroom learning, technology-enabled learning and workplace learning. Your responsibilities extend to reviewing and updating training guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as providing support for hospital-level audits, training accreditation, and awards. Furthermore, you will facilitate employee orientation and engagement programmes.
