Who We Need

The Strategic Marketing department under the Corporate Development division is responsible for overall marketing strategies and execution of activities to increase our market share of the services that Mount Alvernia Hospital provides. It also serves as the key revenue driver of our services. Your role is to ensure that our services and tenants are well-exposed to the target audience through the packaging of services and products that meet the needs of the target audience. You are required to be versed in the key pillars of strategic marketing such as marketing strategies, packaging of services and products in accordance to the needs of the target segments, execution of marketing activities, partnership/sponsorship management, establishing market streams, having a good grasp of the various marketing channels, developing marketing campaigns and conducting market analysis.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • To execute the workplans and activities set in place.
  • Carry out marketing activities and market scan to support the work of the department.
  • Well-versed in the digital and social media landscape and know-how.
  • To execute marketing activities given milestones and timelines.
  • To prepare report, budget and manpower status for submission prior to meetings.

How to Succeed

  • Possesses a Degree in Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and organised in executing various projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected changes within tight deadlines.
  • Good interaction skills with the ability to relate to people from all walks-of-life.
