Senior / Executive, Staff Wellness Office

You will promote staff wellness initiatives and staff protection measures to ensure the well-being of staff. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of staff wellness and protection programmes, ensuring their success. Additionally, you will provide administrative and secretariat support to the department. Your role will also involve ensuring that all incidents of abuse and harassment against healthcare workers are reviewed fairly and addressed with appropriate follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Degree with least 2 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Confident, passionate, and dedicated to going the extra mile to support staff well-being
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation for data analytics is advantageous
