Job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Executive, Strategic Planning and Communications, will be responsible for the supporting and execution of marketing initiatives to meet organisational KPIs and ensuring overall brand alignment. The candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the overall branding, optimising marketing efforts and driving brand advocacy.

Branding:

  • Work with agency partners and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints, including the brand website, in-language sites, advertising and customer communications
  • Collaborate on brand-level activations aligned with brand signatures, and reinforcing the brand's positioning and value propositions
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to evaluate and refine brand strategies effectively.

Marketing Communications Management & Content Creation:

  • Conceptualise, execute and optimise integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and promote services, events, and initiatives
  • Create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including press releases, website content, social media posts, thought leadership articles, and executive speeches.
  • Develop the creation and review of marketing and communication collaterals such as social media graphics, bite-sized videos, and print collaterals that is relevant and appealing to the target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness and ensure timely updates on all owned channels.
  • Generate performance reports, including dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Support marketing budget management and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximise ROI, with adjustments made as necessary.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for media opportunities and content creation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations) and external agencies (PR, digital
    marketing) to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of marketing efforts.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Brand, Marketing, or similar fields with at least 5 years of experience in a Brand and Marketing Communications role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to details and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimising brand and marketing campaigns performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience working in a preschool or senior care industry and Proficiency in communication tools and platforms including social media, content management systems as well as digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends to support events.
