You will be involved in quality programmes that aim to create value for the Hospital. Your role will include project facilitation, data analysis, performance gap analysis, as well as internal and external collaboration with stakeholders to enhance organisational performance. You will deploy appropriate Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) to support stakeholders in project management. You will also conduct QI training programmes, engagement activities and communication initiatives to create awareness and develop QI capability among staff. Lastly, you will provide secretariat and administrative support for committees and events.
