Senior Executive, Publicity, Event Management & Alumni Relations

The incumbent will assist the Assistant Director in the key areas of Publicity and Event Management and Alumni Relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the preparatory work to curate content for publications, advertorials, social media platforms, etc.
• Assist in the coordination and planning of local and overseas outreach events and activities.
• Support the administrative functions within the team.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and relationship management.
• Support and co-manage alumni association to support various alumni engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in publicity, editorial work, event management.
• Prior experience in alumni relations, higher education, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; familiarity with SAP Concur, Ariba, Teams, and Zoom is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including alumni, volunteers, and donors.
• Possess strong professional techniques, skills and experience pertaining to copywriting / editing, publicity material preparation and event organization.
• Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese as NCPA offers programmes in both languages.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Website-related (social media) skills and experience will be an additional advantage.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for alumni events and activities.
