Job Scope:

• Responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as other operational support services.
• Monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards.
• Lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the infrastructure.
• Work along with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review policies and procedures related to your scope of services, and lead or participate in corporate committees and projects.

Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or telecommunication operations.
• WSQ certification in WSH preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A team player with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
