Senior Executive, Operations (Data and Business Analyst)

Our Client is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their team in a dynamic role that bridges operations and business management in the healthcare industry. You will play a vital part in supporting inpatient and operating theatre (OT) services while contributing to the strategic development of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Point Management

• Oversee service point operations in inpatient wards and OT management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to streamline billing processes and system workflows.
• Monitor high inpatient bills to ensure cost-effective care delivery.
• Optimise bed and OT resource utilisation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the procurement and logistics management needs of inpatient services.
• Provide administrative support for clinical manpower deployment and appointments.

Data-Driven Strategy and Automation

• Develop and execute data management strategies to meet operational and strategic goals.
• Automate reporting and dashboards to support timely and data-informed decisions.

Business Management

• Collaborate with clinical heads to achieve volume and financial targets of assigned services.
• Drive the development and execution of business plans to support service growth.
• Participate in annual financial budgeting, performance reviews, and identification of new business opportunities.
