Purpose and Scope
The Mechanical Engineer plays a pivotal position in the designs of all Mechanical aspects of the Building. This includes but not limited to Mechanical Ducting (ACMV/HVAC), Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, etc..

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the checking and design of mechanical services from concept to detailed design, e.g. air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system, heating etc.
• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other disciplinary teams.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering that accredited by Professional Engineer Board
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in AUTOCAD / BIM (Revit)
• Familiar with local codes and authority requirements
• Singaporeans only
