Marketing Executive
In order to drive our marketing strategies and enhance our clinic’s brand presence, Singapore Breast Surgery Center Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to enhance our lead generation and patient referral efforts. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn, and will preferably have a strong background in communications and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, KPIs, and work plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Market Research - Conduct thorough marketing research and analyze current market trends to meet clients' healthcare needs and expectations.
Lead Generation - Introduce our services and build new relationships with doctors and partners to generate leads through local and regional marketing activities and networking.
Relationship Management - Foster and maintain long-term relationships with local and regional doctors and partners through courtesy visits, and events to boost referrals.
Patient Engagement - Enhance patient loyalty and advocacy through continuous engagement efforts to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Customer Service - Manage incoming enquiries and appointment bookings via email, phone, and WhatsApp, coordinating with clinics, doctors, agents and patients.
Marketing Support - Monitor marketing inventory, assist clinics with collateral orders, and propose media plans for digital marketing and placements.
Event Planning and Coordination - Plan and organize marketing events and projects such as educational talks, seminars and community outreach programmes, and prepare comprehensive post-event reports. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials and on-site management.
Design and Creative Development – Collaborate with external agencies to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and digital assets. To do basic design with Canva or other design programs. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Communications – Craft compelling and clear messages for various channels including press releases, newsletters, social media and digital platforms. Maintain and enhance the clinic’s public relations efforts.
Reporting - Generate regular marketing performance reports and support other ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Requirements
Education - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
Experience - At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare or sales is advantageous.
Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
