Senior / Executive (Line Management)(Shipping)

Our client is a well-established Shipping Brand. Currently, they are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join them as "Senior/Executive (Line Management)".

In this role, your key responsibilities will involve the following areas:

1. Assist in providing coordination between customers, vendors, and employers' offices.
2. As part of the Line Management team, you must assist to support the sales transactions with the company's existing and potential accounts.
3. Work closely with the Operations Team to assist in looking at opportunities to minimize operating costs.
4. Assist in coordinating and preparing trade statistics for the Line Management Department.
5. Assist in day-to-day coordination with vessel operators from various services on space/tonnage, excess loading, and shippers' requirements.
6. Assist with booking, especially for special cargos with special attention.
7. Assist in ensuring daily communications and problem-solving with locations.
8. All other duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Maritime related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in MLO, Feeder or NVOCC.
3. Possess excellent working attitude.
4. Be a good team player.
5. Be detailed and meticulous.
