You will be part of a dynamic team managing State land under SLA's purview. Your responsibilities will include:
Addressing and attending to public feedback on land management and maintenance matters.
Consulting and coordinating with various Government agencies on proposals to use SLA-managed land.
Processing the issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) for the use of vacant SLA-managed land.
Liaising and coordinating with Licensees to ensure compliance with the Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) terms and conditions for the use of land.
Planning and conducting site inspections to ensure proper land maintenance and prevent the unauthorized use of SLA-managed land.
Working in close partnership with other Government agencies, contractors, and other service providers to ensure that municipal issues are promptly attended to and resolved.
Administering land and maintenance policies and the processing of financial transaction matters related to TOL administration.
Verifying land ownership and updating land data records & other land-related information.
Contributing ideas to improve work processes through creative & innovative thinking.
