Provide support during compensation and benefits audit exercises.
Advise line managers, staff, and HRBP on compensation and benefits matters.
Review compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
Develop communication plans, prepare materials, and organize sessions to engage management and staff on compensation and benefits related policies and programs.
Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
Lead/participate in HR projects and tasks as assigned.
