Senior Executive, Health Promotion

Job Description:

1. Oversee and support key health promotion, disease prevention, population health and other strategic initiatives, including Workplace Health Promotion activities, Well-Being & Engagement Committee, SportSG and HPB collaborations.
2. Manage and oversee health literacy and patient engagement initiatives by coordinating Patient and Family Education projects and materials.
3. Implement workflows, protocols and processes to facilitate roll-out of services/initiatives for patients/caregivers and staff through the Health Promotion Programme.
4. Plan and coordinate annual workplan and budget planning for the Health Promotion Programme.
5. Deliver and support health-related talks, workshops, events and other preventive health programmes.
6. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, Health Promotion or healthcare related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience.
