Senior Executive/General Manager (Valves, Pipes, Water Treatment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of business operations within the valves, pipes, and water treatment industries, driving growth and ensuring overall business success.
• Lead and manage large cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations, to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives, driving long-term growth and market share.
• Take charge of financial management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead business development initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to guide the business in a competitive landscape.
• Ensure that the organization adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all operational areas.
• Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring employee development, team collaboration, and consistent delivery of business results.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in senior management or executive roles within the valves, pipes, water treatment, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong experience in operations, business development, sales, financial management, and leadership.
• Proven success in driving growth, managing large teams, and achieving business objectives in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across departments like sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a history of managing high-performance teams.
• Deep knowledge of the valves, pipes, and water treatment industries, including market trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and budgeting.
