As a Senior Executive (Finance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Reporting to Financial Controller.
2. Preparing of Group's monthly financial and management reports for submission to management in a timely manner.
3. Ensure reports comply with applicable financial reporting standards and local statutory guidelines.
4. Preparing of quarterly consolidated financial reports for management, corporate stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
5. Ensure compliance with SGX listing requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
6. Reviewing accounts of subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.
7. Collaborate with these entities to resolve data-related queries.
8. Ensure accuracy and timely recording of accounting transactions.
9. Prepare management reporting and maintain relevant management schedules.
10. Review quarterly GST submissions to ensure they are accurate and submitted on time.
11. Support preparation of annual budgets and assist in the planning and analysis of financial reports.
12. Tracking actual performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
13. Liaise with auditors and tax agents regarding Group's financial and tax matters.
14. Assist in the preparation of the Group's Annual Report.
15. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the Finance team.
16. Assist Financial Controller with corporate secretarial duties related to financial governance.
17. Support various project work and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance, preferably with ACCA / ISCA certification.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. SGX reporting experience will be an advantage.
4. Conversant in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
5. Possess strong data and analytical skills.
