Senior Executive Facilities Management

1 year renewable contract
Location: Stadium
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,500

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain facilities of assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and ready conditions for operation.
2. Liaise with internal staff and external contractors to plan work schedules.
3. Assist in managing the service contractors to carry out works within Sport Centres’ Facilities.
4. Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
5. Monitor the upkeeping of the facility to ensure safety.
6. Manage budget forecasts, track expenses, and process payment for progress claims.
7. Ensure that all documentation is done and properly maintained.
8. Assist in developing a cyclical replacement plan for Sport Centres’ Facilities to create a conducive environment.
9. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including drafting scope of works, specifications, management of vendors and contractors, and quality assessment.
10. Assist in the enhancement of Sport Centres’ Facilities.
11. Assist in managing and coordinating upgrading projects (planning, execution to final completion).
12. Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhance building operations, customer satisfaction, experiences, and engagement.
13. Work with various stakeholders on user requirements.
14. Drive innovation and green initiatives, technology adoption; IoT, and Data analytics.
15. Assist or manage any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management.
2. Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage.
