Job description

What you will be working on

Take charge of marketing initiatives, projects, and promotion of events and collaborate with different departments to ensure that all marketing efforts align with SIAS objectives. Plan and execute the integrated marketing schedules and campaigns for SIAS programmes to drive digital presence, brand awareness, lead generation, and social engagement.

  1. Develop integrated event marketing plans with end-to-end execution to promote SIAS investor education programmes across all platforms via eDMs, social media, digital advertising, and event marketing.
  2. In-charge of copywriting of captions and relevant marketing messages for assigned events/initiatives.
  3. Explore and generate ideas for lead generation to increase subscriber base.
  4. Lead the marketing and promotion of SIAS membership events and programmes with the objectives to maintain membership annual renewal numbers, acquisition of new membership, and build loyalty programmes.
  5. Take charge of partnership marketing to SIAS members, subscribers, and investors such as surveys, sending of eDMs, collaterals at SIAS booth or joint events.
  6. Strategise and manage content plan for SIAS e-Newsletter, social media, and website.
  7. Support in the preparation & execution of the marketing campaigns for SIAS’ flagship events.
  8. Liaise with branding, design agencies or freelancers on related design work required.
  9. Monitor marketing budget and ensure KPIs are met within allocated budget.
  10. Ensure creation of key visuals and adaptations for marketing-related materials such as edms and social media posts are aligned with SIAS branding.
  11. Explore the areas of performance marketing and suggest ways to increase effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  12. Keep updated on the latest marketing trends and provide suggestions on work improvement and efficiency.
  13. Prepare and evaluate post-event statistics.

What we are looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences and/or relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 2-year experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management and/or relevant fields is preferred.
  3. Deep knowledge or have a strong interest in financial services and charity sector marketing.
  4. Have an eye for details and passion for creativity in creating and vetting of content and collaterals.
  5. Good project management skills and able to multi-task to ensure quality work delivers on time within budget.
  6. Excellent in oral and written command of the English language with creative copywriting skills. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is a plus.
  7. Good understanding of current marketing trends and ability to apply them effectively at work.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  9. People-oriented and a team player.
  10. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  11. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or any design tools and video editing is an advantage.
