You will support the HR operations within SingHealth Polyclinics as part of a dynamic HR team, and play a vital role in partnering with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of HR services.
With HR partnering as your key role, you will be involved in the wide spectrum of HR management functions such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, rewards & recognition, staff benefits, implementation of HRIS projects, employee engagement, data analytics and exit management. You are also expected to monitor contract renewals, practicing certificate, work pass and insurance renewal, confirmation assessment, and timely updates of personnel records in HRIS.
