• Registration of children for Children Enrichment Programme (CEP) based at specific Community Sites, including collection of supporting documents, vetting of attendance listing, tracking of students’ attendance, and annual renewal.
• Identification, registration, and scheduling of children at specific Community Sites for all optional activities conducted by CWW (including FRESH, Learning Journeys, etc); as well as external vendors (for Reach for the Stars).
• Manage funded programmes in the community, including Junior Stars and StarMaker. Duties include liaising with vendors, partners, funders, parents and children to facilitate the smooth running of the programmes.
• Communicate and coordinate with caregivers, school teachers, counsellors, CWW colleagues, other social agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the well-being and proper development of the children.
• Facilitate the running of FRESH sessions, Learning Journeys, Life Skills, etc. to ensure that the instructors, volunteers, and children are participating effectively and safely.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to conduct needs assessment so as to nominate children and their families to receive financial assistance at CWW (e.g. Grant-A-Wish, bus subsidies, groceries vouchers, etc.), counselling or educational psychology, or external services.
• Preparation of donation-in-kind issuance forms for food, non-food, and voucher donations, including birthday and Christmas gifts.
• Responding to ad-hoc emails, phone calls, or walk-in queries. Occasional assistance to manage centre-based children in the absence of centre-based staff.
• Keeping proper record of activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and other information in Shared Folder and preparation of reports for quarterly Board Meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager / CEO.
