Job Description

NUS Centre for Population Health (CPH) oversees the research, administration and operation of the Health District @ Queenstown project, alongside teams in NUHS and HDB.

Health District @ Queenstown is a first-of-its-kind multi-stakeholder pilot co-led by NUS, NUHS and HDB. Our goal is to create a complete environment to promote and enable successful ageing through the life course, helping Singapore residents stay healthy, strong, resilient and productive and enabling Singapore to reap the longevity dividend of the extra decades of life. Successful interventions in the Health District @ Queenstown will enable scalable and sustainable interventions to the rest of Singapore to address the social, economic, environmental and structural determinants of health.

We are seeking (Senior) Executive, Operations to support day-to-day operations for Health District @ Queenstown HQ and administrative duties for NUS Centre for Population Health.

The job's purpose is to support the NUS Centre for Population Health's agenda with outreach and recruitment of Queenstown residents into ongoing research initiatives in the Health District. Additionally, the job requires the person filling this position to empower residents to participate in co-creation and co-design of future interventions directed toward the Centre for Population Health's agenda.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identification, outreach, engagement and enrolment of Queenstown residents not already involved with HD@QT initiatives into existing and future Health District interventions.
  • Identification of Queenstown resident needs and appropriate triaging to HD@QT and non-HD@QT services to address those needs.
  • Gathering feedback regarding how well HD@QT initiatives are received by residents for feedback to HD@QT leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual, able to speak English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects would be an advantage.
