Job description

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on e-commerce and UI/UX. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing initiatives and optimising the user experience across our e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Digital Campaign Management:

    • Develop, execute, and manage high-performing digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Plan, manage, and optimize ad budgets to achieve the best ROI and ROAS.
    • Source and create User-Generated Content (UGC) videos, edit video assets, and run engaging ad campaigns tailored for e-commerce audiences.
  2. Email Marketing (EDM):

    • Take ownership of email marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, and performance analysis.
    • Segment email lists and craft compelling EDM campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  3. Content and Copywriting:

    • Write and optimize copy for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to align with UI/UX principles and conversion goals.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals complement the written content.
  4. E-Store Management:

    • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the e-store using Shopify.
    • Ensure the e-store is updated with new products, promotions, and campaigns.
    • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements for seamless user experiences and increased sales.
  5. Campaign Operations:

    • Strategize and execute marketing operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
    • Able to use tools such as Creavo for campaign planning and optimization.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor campaign performance, provide detailed analytics, and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Track key KPIs, conversion rates, and sales growth.

Any other job duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing in FMCG or beauty & health field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and ecommerce environment especially in Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
