About Department and Purpose of the Position


The Executive - Senior Assistant Manager for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging is to plan, streamline and execute administrative workflows and procedures for the medical staff section so that the department can ensure the upkeep of medical practice and provide seamless clinical care across the full range of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiology services.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Manage, coordinate, and track the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit of specialist, non-specialist, and visiting medical staff.
  2. Plan and execute processes and approvals for clinical training requests, sponsorships, and honorariums.
  3. Administer HR system approvals and provide planning support to the roster team.
  4. Administer training and education hours, credentialing, and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice.
  5. Manage and execute processes for the onboarding and exit of foreign clinical fellows.
  6. Manage and execute support for clinical operations such as tracking and follow-up of work list statuses and audits.
  7. Prepare medical manpower, training, sponsorship, productivity reports and any other reports for Head of Department, Clinical Director and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
  8. Organize, manage, and coordinate department clinical workshops and events.
  9. Any other matters such as office management, staff directory, asset lists.

Key Requirements

  1. Strong service orientation, internal stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to grasp the context of clinical service, hospital and regulatory processes.
  3. Preferably Degree holder.
  4. Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties.
  5. A good understanding of clinical service, hospital and regulatory processes.
  6. Good computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Good service orientation and internal stakeholder management.
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Organized in processes and record keeping.
  10. Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
  11. Flexible and adaptable.
