Job Responsibilities
Consolidate and centralize all term contracts for hard and soft services under building management across property portfolio.
Conduct pre-qualification to shortlist qualified vendors to be invited for tenders.
Work closely with respective operation departments to prepare tender documents, arrange tender briefing and site show for invitation to tender.
Compile and evaluate tender submissions, including price analysis.
Conduct tender interviews, clarifications and negotiation of pricing and contractual terms.
Prepare recommendation paper, ensuring timely approval and award.
Issue contract agreement to awarded vendor.
Creation of contract and purchase order in purchasing portal.
Ensure procurement of services is conducted in accordance with procurement policies and SOPs.
Any other procurement and contract management related tasks which may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Estate Management / Facilities Management or its equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement of property management services. Candidates with less years of experience may be considered for the Executive role.
Possess analytical skills and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
Meticulous, organized and resourceful.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Experience with procurement software and SAP platform will be an added advantage.
