Job description

Job Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and optimize website elements.
  • Analyze the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize checkout processes and other critical steps to increase conversions.
  • Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment.
  • Consolidate and analyze user feedback from NPS surveys and feedback forms to gather valuable insights for A/B testing and optimization.

Personalized Experience Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a personalized experience strategy to deliver tailored content and recommendations to website visitors.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized offers.

UI/UX Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough UI/UX audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design mock-ups and collaborate with developers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs.
  • Optimize website elements, including navigation, layout, and content, to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure that the website is accessible and user-friendly across different devices and browsers.

Data-Driven Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance metrics.
  • Identify and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure uplifts in conversion rates, click-through rates, and personalization effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or a similar role, with a focus on personalization and UI/UX.

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development tools.
  • Knowledge of personalization technologies and platforms.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
