Job Description

The Senior Executive, a key member of NTU Shared Services (NSS) Automation team, is responsible for driving automation initiatives by collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is to understand business needs, design, document, develop, test, and implement low-code solutions to automate business processes. They oversee the maintenance of implemented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Additionally, the Senior Executive may be exposed to project management and peer mentoring opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design low-code solutions
2. Design visual models, business process workflows, user interfaces, and data models
3. Document business process workflows, design specifications, technical details, and user guides
4. Utilize low-code platforms (e.g. UiPath, Outsystems) to develop end-to-end automated applications
5. Ensure data integrity, security, and proper error handling
6. Perform testing and quality assurance activities including creating and executing test cases, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
7. Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during development, deployment, and maintenance phases
8. Provide individual and peer mentoring as appropriate and develop capabilities within the team, function, and organization

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
2. Proficiency in UiPath, Outsystems, and Power Query
3. Some experience in automation development roles or demonstrated willingness to learn in this field
4. Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
5. Candidates with minimal experience and mid-career switches are welcome to apply

7. Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and data transformation
