Senior / Executive Assistant Nursing Admin

Job Description:

Provides administrative and operational support to the Nursing Department.

Supports regular Nursing Department meetings/training by making logistics arrangements.

Processes and handles finance transactions, payments, and claims.

Makes arrangements for and coordinates meetings or events convened by the Nursing Department, including catering requirements when necessary.

Collates and updates tracking sheets, budgets, and provides any other clerical support to the Nursing Department.

Requisitions and monitors utilization of office supplies in the Nursing Department.

Supports Training and Development by coordinating department training, both internal and external, and providing logistics support for training setup.

Maintains database management for training records, KPIs, policies, and submits training hours to the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Provides administrative support for onboarding nurses, including IT and pass access.

Participates in and supports projects and events, and performs any other duties as assigned.

Provides non-clinical support in clinical areas.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience.

Good IT skills and highly proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment and possess good time management skills.

Meticulous with an eye for detail.

Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
