Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers from different business units, to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive the sourcing, hiring and maintenance of a constant high quality talent pipeline, representing SATS as an employer of choice.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance our recruitment processes.
- Research and analyze workforce trends, industry best practices and identify opportunities for workforce transformation.
- Support on implementation of workforce strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workforce capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with SATS Academy to design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development.
- With 3 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, business partnering and/or organizational development.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate stewardship in complex change initiatives and drive transformative outcomes.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
