Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with team members and senior leadership at the corporate, business unit and functional level to drive strategic investments, business and corporate development in respect of the group’s core businesses globally.
  2. Assist project lead(s) in executing key projects and investment initiatives.
  3. Gather publicly available information and market intelligence to support valuation and financial analysis for potential investment opportunities.
  4. Prepare presentations, memorandums, submissions, and reports regarding potential projects, transactions, and initiatives for senior management and/or the Board.
  5. Support and drive strategic projects as identified by management, including post-investment assessment and strategic optimization initiatives.
  6. Support the due diligence process, including assisting with framing due diligence objectives and reporting findings to senior leadership.
  7. Work with key stakeholders to translate deal strategy into integration success, focusing on identifying sources of transaction value and developing measurable key success factors.
  8. Assist with the planning, development, and execution of M&A transactions, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiations.

Key Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
  2. CFA/CPA (or equivalent) would strengthen the application but is not required.
  3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Development or similar function.
  4. Preferably with some overseas work exposure to emerging markets (e.g. China, India, SEA, Middle East).
  5. Experience within the air transport industry and food services spaces is a plus.
  6. Ability to work with cross-functional business teams to identify fundamental business drivers and risks.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups and senior-level management.
  8. Detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
