Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and warehousing activities.
• Manage and track 3PL productivity and overall performance.
• Ensure KPI/SLA are met and operations are carried out in a cost-effective way.
• Daily review of performance metrics with 3PL to ensure no pending tasks.
• Monitor and ensure 3PL delivered products to various departments/users timely and in accordance with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Attend daily morning briefings and share inventories and reservations report updates with internal stakeholders.
• Follow up and conduct investigations on any reservation/stocks discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operations reporting.
• Conduct monthly operation reviews with Customer/Management.
• Conduct weekly/monthly safety audits to prevent non-conformance.
• IA audits follow up for closure of non-conformance.
• Manage any other ad hoc tasks, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP is a plus.
• Good management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Able to work and manage in a fast-paced environment.
