Job description

Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Fund Administration & Partnerships, to lead projects/ programmes for senior learning including the Intergenerational Learning Programmes (ILP), curation of C3A-owned curriculums and learning sessions at the Active Ageing Centres. Details of job scope and key responsibilities are below. Other responsibilities include supporting C3A events/ campaigns to promote C3A programmes/ initiatives and encourage seniors’ participation; preparing progress updates/ reports; minutes taking for meetings; and undertaking projects as required by the organisation.

Job Scope:

  1. Curation and Curriculum Development
    1. Curate and develop relevant learning content to address seniors’ needs.
    2. Lead the planning, development, and enhancement of C3A-owned curriculums on relevant topics for seniors.
    3. Work with partners to deliver C3A-owned curriculums as part of their course offerings to seniors.
    4. Work with partners and relevant parties to curate learning sessions for seniors at the Active Ageing Centers.
    5. Manage the fund administration process including evaluation of programmes, awarding of funding support, processing of fund disbursements, tracking of participation by seniors and monitoring of budget utilization.
  2. Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP)
    1. Lead the development, implementation and administration of ILP initiatives to foster intergenerational bonding and lifelong learning.
    2. Manage the fund administration process of ILP initiatives including evaluation of proposals, awarding of funding support, processing of fund payments, tracking of participation by seniors and monitoring of budget utilization.
    3. Engage partners in executing the ILP initiatives and fulfilment of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
  • Must possess good project management, operations planning, and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proactive, able to problem solve and adapt in a changing and multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English and write well. Being able to read and write Chinese is a plus for modification of Chinese content.
  • Experience in fund administration, curriculum development and intergenerational programmes would be an advantage.
