Key Responsibilities

The individual will oversee the service crew contractors along with standardized policy and performance management. He/she will be working to improve the quality of service providers by ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the fulfillment of service standards.

Job Description

Service Crew Management

  1. Onboard and cutover new contractors.
  2. Manage multiple contractors regarding compliance with contractual agreements.
  3. Organize and conduct audits on contractors based on contractual agreements.
  4. Provide advisory and administrative support to operations or other departments regarding contract management.
  5. Track contractor performance and manage their performance issues.
  6. Able to set up, lead, and manage separate teams of compliance officers.
  7. Mediate and manage disputes between contractors.
  8. Track costs, investigate, and resolve invoice issues.

Administration

  1. Participate in all audits by external auditors and government regulators.
  2. Data analysis and reporting to senior management using Microsoft Office Software.
  3. Learn how to use and manage the in-house clocking system.
  4. Participate in projects as assigned by Reporting Officers.

Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manpower management is preferred.
  2. Experience in Microsoft Office Software like PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  3. Organized and able to pay attention to details.
  4. Experience in project management and contract management will be a plus.
  5. Able to travel between SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1 & 2 when necessary.
