Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or business owners on a wide range of materials (e.g., web pages, presentations, promotional videos, brochures, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials) and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Discuss with business owners and create outstanding design deliverables that maximize the outcome of marketing communications and campaigns.
Design deliverables that comply with brand guidelines and accurately convey the intended message.
Deliver design items within the timeframe requested by business owners.
Requirements
Degree in fields related to Design, Fine Arts, Change Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to designs for marketing campaigns, preferably within the shipping industry and digital contexts.
Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video creation (5 years or more).
Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other design work.
Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, Figma, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.
Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
