Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and project manage all aspects of employee engagement events, including townhalls and employee recognition events
  • Create engaging content across internal channels and social media platforms
  • Develop a variety of communications materials across both functions that support our business objectives, including executive comms, messaging documents, speeches, presentations, newsletters etc.
  • Support media relations activities by crafting coherent and sustained narratives, while tracking and analysing media coverage to assess impact and inform ongoing communications strategies
  • Manage strategic speaking engagements for business leaders to enhance the company’s standing and influence

Requirements

  • Degree and proven experience (at least 4-6 years) in corporate communications, event management or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic design skills and experience using design platforms such as Canva, to create visually appealing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and communications objectives
  • Resourceful self-starter with drive, resilience, and adaptability
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, while being meticulous and effectively managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
