Key responsibilities

• To optimize business volume and profitability for BCO key account customers.

• To provide excellent service to drive continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency.

• To achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.

• To maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.

• To collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and enhance customer experiences.

• To develop strategic plans for negotiating and managing key accounts locally.

• To maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.

• To develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.

• To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.

• To assist in any other assigned duties.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in managing key account in the container shipping or forwarding industries.

• Proven sales execution ability of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.

• Highly motivated, result-oriented and resilient to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.

• Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
