About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Analytics & AI, you will work with both external and internal stakeholders to implement AI-powered applications and analyse survey data to inform strategies aimed at improving student employability outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design and implement AI-powered applications that enhance student career preparation.
2. Provide technical guidance and oversee the development of AI/ML solutions on career-related platforms.
3. Evaluate vendor-delivered AI solutions to ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and user requirements.
4. Identify and recommend AI tools to enhance career services, strengthen student engagement, and improve overall user experience.
5. Collect, clean, and analyse data from key surveys, including the Graduate Employment Survey and Internship Survey.
6. Extract insights to support decision-making and enhance career services and employability initiatives.
7. Conduct trend analyses and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
8. Promote technology adoption, drive process automation, and streamline workflows, while staying current with emerging AI and data analytics trends.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in career services.
2. Experience in data analysis and interpretation of survey data.
3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
5. Familiarity with current trends in AI and data analytics.
