Snr/ Process Engineer (Wet/Diffusion/Anneal)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for daily activities of Wet, Diffusion, and Anneal process monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement activities.
2. Module SPC champion/representative for DIW PAT modules.
3. Drive Wet/Diffusion/Anneal CIP project for yield, quality, and cost improvement.
4. Create OCAP and train technicians to execute OCAP.
5. Review and improve area work instructions and training checklists for manufacturing execution.
6. Able to manage own project/KPI to meet timelines and targets.
7. Setup SiView related recipe and process definition for implant and anneal.
8. Process backup for other DIW processes (Implant, metrology-opti probe).
9. Work towards OOC improvement and ensure SPC meets Cpk >1.67.
10. Work with equipment engineering for improvement activities and FDC setup.
11. Able to plan and execute Change Requests with proper FMEA and risk analysis assessment from start to full implementation.
12. Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross-functional teams in implementation.
13. Incorporate best-known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
14. This position requires communication and collaboration with RD and TD teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Process Engineering. Wet, Diffusion, and Anneal Process Knowledge and prior work experience is preferred (e.g. FDC, SPC, Statistical software - Minitab/JMP).
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Wet/Diffusion processes and other wafer fab processes is preferred.
4. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
