Senior Engineer - Project Management

Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects, which may also include Hardware Infrastructure setup and deliverables.
2. Planning project tasks and schedule.
3. Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are delivered on-time and of good quality.
4. Manage project resources and costs.
5. Build good working relationships with our customers, collaborators, business partners, and other stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with Company Project Management processes.
7. Monitor and mitigate project risks.
8. Drive technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements or propose solutions to issues.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience participating in project management activities in Software Development Projects.
2. Professional certification in Project Management (preferred), e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP).
3. Degree in Computing/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent (preferred).
4. Good understanding of Project Management Processes.
5. Good leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in producing planning documentation.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
