Snr/ Process Engineer (Implant)

Job Description:

• Subject matter expert for Medium Current (E500) and High current implant (HCGSD)
• Meet equipment related KPI (tool uptime, downtime)
• Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
• Set-up SPC and FDC for equipment critical parameters monitoring and control.
• Incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and may be involved in the installation and commissioning process.
• Setup and review PM checklist efficiency
• Create OCAP and train Technician for OCAP execution and skill built up
• Work with process engineer / TD/RD to develop new recipes and processes to fulfill project requirements/better yield / cycle time
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division..
• Representing module in all the cross module technical discussion.
• Close follow up on necessary documentation work (8D, FMEA, Risk assessment)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working and hands on experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (Able to carry out Periodic Maintenance and familiar with safety measures)
• Able to create implant recipe and correlate it to tool/hardware parameters
• Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skill.
