Subject matter expert for Medium Current (E500) and High current implant (HCGSD)
Meet equipment related KPI (tool uptime, downtime)
Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
Set-up SPC and FDC for equipment critical parameters monitoring and control.
Incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and may be involved in the installation and commissioning process.
Setup and review PM checklist efficiency
Create OCAP and train Technician for OCAP execution and skill built up
Work with process engineer / TD/RD to develop new recipes and processes to fulfill project requirements/better yield / cycle time
Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division..
Representing module in all the cross module technical discussion.
Close follow up on necessary documentation work (8D, FMEA, Risk assessment)
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working and hands on experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (Able to carry out Periodic Maintenance and familiar with safety measures)
Able to create implant recipe and correlate it to tool/hardware parameters
