Senior Engineer (Electrical Design) Infrastructure/Buildings

Job Description:

1. Lead and drive a team of engineers in Electrical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
2. Manage the projects to ensure quality work, delivery of projects on time and within budget.
3. Assume the role of PIC/PM and sign off as the registered QP/PE for the company for statutory submissions/certificates.
4. Assist in formulating, implementing and achieving the Company’s strategies and goals.
5. Liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
6. Source and secure new business opportunities/projects.
7. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to improve the technical knowledge of the supporting staff.
8. Standardize technical standards and performance specifications for the Company.

Requirements:

1. Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering with PEB Singapore.
2. Registered Professional Engineer Singapore will be preferred.
3. PE or Chartered Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) is preferred.
4. Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion.
5. Excellent understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA).
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Demonstrate ability to motivate and engage multi-disciplinary teams in complex/mega projects to achieve results for the clients.
