Purpose and Scope
The Electrical Engineering team plays a critical role in providing services related to the design, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems.

You oversee electrical projects from their design to implementation and advise the clients/contractors on proper solutions for each project.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems, evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as coaching and lead junior staff
• Responsible for making e-submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Singaporean only
