Senior Director, Operations Excellence

Job Summary:

Ultra Clean Technologies seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director - Operations Transformation to lead and drive the digitalization and transformation of our manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving global operations and initiatives, with a strong focus on implementing innovative solutions and achieving cost savings. This role requires a hands-on as well as a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the transformation of manufacturing and supply chain operations through process improvements that include digital transformation.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize end-to-end operations, drive cost-saving initiatives, and improve operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality, and Business Excellence, to develop and implement automation and digitalization projects.
4. Collaborate closely with the Lean team in co-facilitating projects that help improve productivity, quality, and cost.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Certified Lean Green Belt or higher, with experience leading Lean (Kaizen) projects.

Experience Requirement:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operations transformation projects.
3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience with system migrations and implementations.
4. Experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
