Senior Director of Talent Attraction and Talent Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate members of the Talent Attraction and Talent Management team to ensure they achieve high performance levels.
• Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the recruitment process to support the company's talent needs and goal achievement.
• Develop and implement a global talent attraction strategy to ensure the company can attract top talent that meets business needs.
• Responsible for developing and optimizing recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, campus recruitment, etc.
• Responsible for developing and implementing talent management and development plans to ensure employees have continuous career development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement performance evaluation and talent development plans to support employee career development and the achievement of company business goals.
• Work closely with the HR team and business departments to ensure talent attraction and management strategies align with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to ensure the company can access high-quality talent resources.
• Continuously improve talent attraction and management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
• Identify and drive improvement projects in talent attraction and management to achieve higher performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Over 15 years of experience in talent attraction and talent management, especially in international companies.
• Proficient in English, with strong business communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Outstanding communication skills and cross-department collaboration abilities.
• Data analysis skills and strategic thinking.
