Core Responsibilities

  1. Be the CFO of APAC and a Trusted Finance Business Partner (“right hand”) to the APAC GM
  2. Co-lead business and organizational decisions together with the APAC Leadership Team
  3. Bring end-to-end strategic & financial leadership and operational subject area enabling delivery of critical business objectives
  4. Drive accountability, leverage insights & analytics, and constrictively challenge to deliver sustainable business growth and financial performance
  5. Be a stewardship champion leading others in crafting and operationalizing effective governance models
  6. Lead, enable, motivate and develop a team of Finance leaders across APAC markets
  7. Actively contribute to the Commercial Finance Partnering Leadership Team helping build partnering capabilities across broader Finance Organization

Do you have what it takes:

  1. Business leadership: Strong consistent track record of strategic commercial contributions, operational excellence and balanced result delivery in collaboration with multifunctional partners at senior levels
  2. Financial acuity: End to end toolbox developed through 10+ years of finance experience (at least two of which in a business partnering capacity), in a multinational context
  3. Stakeholder management: Strong listener, communicator and influencer, optimally engaging across organization (up, down and across), comfortable in sharing their point of view and managing constructive conflicts, also with more senior counterparts
  4. People leadership: Consistent record of leading, enabling and developing highly effective teams (in a multinational or remote setup), championing and demonstrating diversity and inclusion
  5. Other: People & results-driven, self-starter, applying simplicity & productivity attitude, with curiosity & agility to continuously learn
  6. Experience in digital transformation or digital application in business / finance
